Android and/or iPhone battery replacements are a good idea when you are running into performance difficulties, such as if the battery is having a hard time holding charge. This can indicate either a faulty component or, more commonly, degradation, as all cell phone batteries lose charge capacity as the months and years go on. We recommend waiting until either your device hits 80 percent battery health or lower. We're happy to help when it's time to get your battery replaced by an experienced technician!

During our refurbishment process some components in these devices (mainly screens and batteries) are replaced if fallen below industry threshold using third party parts that go through a 64-point inspection by trained, professional technician . Due to proprietary licensing and software, that replacement, if not conducted using Apple parts will prompt an error message notification.
