Exchange Policy for Device Sales

At C Tech Fix, we are committed to providing quality devices at fair prices. Please review our policy below before making a purchase:

No Refunds – Exchange Only:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any device purchases.

  • Exchanges are only permitted if a device is found to be defective or not as described.

Reporting Issues:

  • Any issues must be reported within 2 days of purchase.

  • Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold, including all original accessories (charger, cable, etc.).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required for all exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Situations:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Physical damage, water damage, or misuse after purchase.

  • Devices sold as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is” are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  • Devices will be inspected by our technician to confirm the reported issue.

  • If approved, you may exchange for another device of equal value, or pay the difference for an upgrade (if available).
