All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any device purchases.
Exchanges are only permitted if a device is found to be defective or not as described.
Any issues must be reported within 2 days of purchase.
Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold, including all original accessories (charger, cable, etc.).
Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required for all exchanges.
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Physical damage, water damage, or misuse after purchase.
Devices sold as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is” are not eligible for exchange.
Devices will be inspected by our technician to confirm the reported issue.
If approved, you may exchange for another device of equal value, or pay the difference for an upgrade (if available).
